Agreement to Terms

By using Callie ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the Service

Callie provides a personal shift calendar and group roster sharing service. You may use the App for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the shift data and other content you create in the App. By using group features, you grant permission for your shared data to be visible to other group members.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Callie available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
